Legacy system caused significant delays in the onboarding process – It used to take significant time delays to transfer the new employee onboarding details into Oracle HCM and all the sub modules within HCM

Inconsistent values between systems was a concern – Integrations were built from Oracle HCM (System of Records) to Taleo, to maintain the values in Sync between systems and the integrations was scheduled during a window when there was less to no users accessing the system
